Setting this up today and found that the accessory station needs an adaptor to charge the spare battery we received per the manual:
VS20A958*** model: To charge the battery at the Accessory Cradle, a charger needs to be purchased separately. (VCA-SAPA95)
But can I find this anywhere? Nope. The only thing I see online is this, which appears to be another battery...any ideas?

I have been so disappointed with Samsung on this issue. I to have been trying to obtain the charger for the accessory cradle. To be told that accessories are not available for a current model I find very frustrating and disappointing. After conversations with advisors via on line video link - text chat - Samsung KX - customer technical - and customer sales I was finally directed to (given the web link) AEG ???? to purchase a charger via them. Problem still is! They didn't say or advise which one to get (and obviously not listed as Samsung cradle charger) so still do not know specifications needed. I have brought this item from them, a 36V
This powers up ok but when putting the battery in the the cradle it flashes red for a while and then just goes blank. Again at this point there is no description on how the battery is supposed to behave - so again I will just have to wait and see.
My summary on this is - It really is not good enough for Samsung to leave us to spend so much time and resource to complete one of there items that we have just spent £600 plus on. I can only guess and assume customers will have the same problem if they purchase the new Bespoke jet AI at over £1000.

Let us know please how you get on. As of today there is still no solution found yet. I agree that it is appalling from Samsung to not at the very least sell a charger that would be adequate. In effect it is false advertising saying the spare can be charged at the cradle.
I bought the aftermarket one as suggested earlier in this post. It was a waste of money. It does appear to do something (lights appear when switched on) but after several hours it hadn't reached 10% charge - total waste.
Do please follow up with your findings as I suspect someone out there has found a solution but hasn't bothered to post it

Hi! I now have a report to share, the charger I selected and tried turned out to be no good at all. would give power but not charge. Now having crunched some numbers ( to which I am no good at ) I came up with another charger, and I am pleased to say this is working fine. I now have two fully charged batteries showing a steady green light. I acquired this through Amazon, the details are as follows -
I hope this helps and you to can have a fully functional accessory cradle.
