Auto dose using whole tray at once

I filled up my auto dispenser with fabric softener and did one wash and thought the clothes smelt amazing. Then it asked me to refill which I thought was odd but did it anyway. Did one wash, whole tray gone again. So in two washes it's used an entire bottle (44 washes!!) Of fabric softener. The machine is only 6mo old. Any suggestions

I have the same issue. What did you do to resolve

I had to get Samsung out. At the very back of the drawer in the machine there are tiny grey cog type things. One of them had fallen off and apparently that's what it was. All resolved now as they replaced the missing grey thing
