Addwash drawer - screw loose

Just noticed a missing screw on the Addwash door on our WW90M645OPM

The second scew is loose and not biting when I try to tighten it.

The casing feels secure without them in place but the scews are clearly supposed to be doing something.

Any suggestions gratefully received

Without physically looking at the washing machine in person, I'm unable to confirm where this screw would go, @Thebarracks. You can speak to our Home Appliance Team (0333 000 0333) for further advice and they can arrange an inspection with a Samsung engineer should you need a repair.

The screw was loose in the left hand marked hole. The right hand screw is missing (I've checked the filter, it hasn't turned up there!).

If you try to tighten it, it obviously isn't biting on anything and just lifts out of its hole without resistance.

It would be best to let a Samsung engineer look at this. Our Home Appliance Team would be able to arrange this for you.
