Active January badge out of reach, but haven't failed a day?

Does anyone know why this badge states it's out of reach and unattainable despite me meeting my fitness goals every day so far this month? (10,000 steps, 60 mins of daily exercise, 500 activity calories burnt).

I would have liked to earn this badge as it's a goal of mine this year to never miss a day, but it's greyed out?

It's fixed for the February badge but not January retroactively yet. The Samsung Support team said they'd fix it in a future update, but no clue when that may be

I now have a problem with my 4 week streak badge. I earned it yesterday but now it's greyed out again and started another 4 week streak? Is that supposed to happen?

Surely once it's earned it shouldn't start again?

This sounds normal to me tbh. Just like you can earn the step badges each time you walk the set amount of steps, it'll probably award you with it each time you do 4 weeks consecutively

Well it's pretty weird because I clicked on the 4 weekly badge that I'd earned and it then came back 🤷‍♀️

Incidentally do you know if there's a minimum amount of steps you have to do to obtain the February badge or can you set targets to what you're comfortable with on a daily basis?

Minimum is 6k steps I believe, but I can't remember where I read that

Well I thought I read that as well and it wouldn't let you set a target any lower but I see that you can now so I'm not really sure.

Exactly the same thing happened this morning with my 7 night sleep badge. However this time when I clicked on the badge I earned, it didn't come back, so that was obviously a fluke. Hopefully it'll correct itself like the 4 weekly badge did 🤞
