Active January badge out of reach, but haven't failed a day?

Does anyone know why this badge states it's out of reach and unattainable despite me meeting my fitness goals every day so far this month? (10,000 steps, 60 mins of daily exercise, 500 activity calories burnt).

I would have liked to earn this badge as it's a goal of mine this year to never miss a day, but it's greyed out?

Hi, do you mean the Jan Igloo challenge, mine is fine and my daily is less than yours.

No, it's one of the new badges - there's one for meeting your step target daily consecutively, but then also this one for daily activity? It says 1/25 and "failed" as if I can't achieve it, but assuming it relates to my activity goals, I've met them every day so far this year so it should still be possible? And say 19/25, surely?

Ahh ok got it, mine is also greyed out, best we submit feedback via the Members app. My Jan 2025 steps so far around 103K

This is annoying me to, I've came to the conclusion that it's because it's brand new and hasn't backdated. I've not missed a day in the last 7 months so it's very frustrating and will annoy me massively having one that I didn't achieve

Frustrating update... this just popped up checking my profile today yet the badge still says unachievable and remains locked! 🥲

I've tried reaching out to Samsung through Members, but all they can say is that I have to update my apps and devices, and reset caches, and that this is not Samsung's fault.

If I bought a phone, a ring and a watch from them, the least I expect is that they find out the problems in their own software

I've tried Googling to see if it means something different to daily exercise activities as in steps, minutes and calories but no joy there! I wouldn't have obtained the badge as I didn't realise it was there until it was too late but I should have had 16/25 but it says 0/25 🤷‍♀️

On the day that you got 1 did you achieve anything extra to the steps, calories and minutes as it hasn't made it clear exactly what targets you need to achieve so I'm wondering if there's something else needed as I made the target for 16 days but it days 0/25 🤔

I reported the issue to Samsung Support and they've let me know that this is a known issue that should be addressed in an update at some point. As shown in my last reply with the badge popping up as earned, it's as if the app knows I'm eligible but the badge itself never tracked progress and is stuck on 1/25! I believe it refers to meeting all of your goals for 25 days in the month, so step goal, activity minutes goal and calorie goal, which I did for all 31 days of January. Hopefully it'll be unlocked soon!
