I'm glad Samsung has advanced AI sauce to their health app, as you can see a lot of metrics and data, but the box in the top left (Energy Score) gives me an overall status and a single pointer

Now what would be next level for me is more metrics for when I am driving and working, i.e. that was a stressful drive or tomorrow MS Outlook shows a busy day best to take 30 mins and relax or shift a meeting to maintain focus.
