Why is my battery life from 1 day and 1 hour, to only 21 hours?

Earlier this morning, I turned adaptive battery on and then off. Then the issues started. After two hours, I checked the battery settings, and it showed only 23 hours, and now only 21 hours. Might there be a problem that the phone can't accurately tell me how long a full charge will last, or is it really that low? Also, why is my community in French, even though I'm from Germany and am in Romania for vacation? In Romania, we speak Romanian, which is confusing. But please translate this or if someone knows english please help.

I don't know either, man. I bought this phone from Samsung in Germany. Plus, when I was in Germany, the app's language was German and the region was Germany. Since when did French take over Romania, man..

I dont care if you translate or me, i just wanna know the reason of why my battery is going crazy for just setting an setting on and off..or there might be an other issue🤔 but i did an check on my phone in settings and said that its fine.
