Galaxy Note 10 LITE S View cover not working

Hi !

I just bought an S View wallet cover for my Galaxy Note 10 LITE phone.

The cover is detected by the phone, I can see it in the accessories menu, but the cover doesn't switch the phone on and off when I open or close it...

The cover is genuine, not a copy !

NFC is ON, I tried everything, without success...

Any idea ? Thanks by advance !

Bonjour et déjà merci pour ton aide.

J'ai un S Cover sans led, donc je n'ai pas les dernières lignes mais j'ai bien l'option Automatic unlock...

Que j'active ou non cette option ne change rien.

La S view cover est-elle compatible avec la mise  à jour Android 12 ? Je me demande si Samsung s'en est bien assuré...
