Odyssey G5 CG550EN (LS32CG550ENXZA) Update file not found

I'm trying to get to the newest firmware on my monitor but it says:

"No update files found on your USB device"

Model Code: LS32CG550ENXZA

Software Version: M-C5500GGZA-1002.1

I tried formatting my USB (FAT32), unplugging the monitor waiting and plugging it back in without removing the USB (it's an 8gb), tried using different USBs but I couldn't find a fix (file name:M-T5500GGZA-1009.1[EA0F].Bin)

I really hope someone here can help me out I am totally lost and there's ZERO information regarding my specific model on the Samsung support site.

I have triple monitors, 2 have the same software listed but one has m-c550ggza-1003.2.  I would like to find that file to update and make all monitors match.  Any suggestions as to where I can find it?
