Could try the following:
Go to settings-App- Enable System Apps. Click on area selected in screenshot.
Select Samsung Pass and in Menu Bar(3 lines) you will see option to uninstall Updates. Reboot the phones and update Samsung Pass Manually.
If still problem or wish to try this first, send Error Report via Samsung Members-support-Send Feedback-Error Reports.
