Bought new phone from EE shop on 30/10. Part of the deal was to claim earbuds, phone case and charging plug. (shown on EE website) can't find any link to claim now....disappeared off EE system and can't find anything on Samsung website for this mobile. Does anyone have a link or advice please? Thank you

Okay I also use ee so I might know how to fix this so what you're going to need to do is check again just refresh the page or restart your device and go back onto that page if not just go to the ee store and see if they can do that deal via there if not I'm sorry that I cannot really help you that much have a good day
