Hey
never buy flip/fold phones-it’s all your fault.
Samsung went to olympics because of us as we spent our money on their products but they really don’t care for their customers. I must say Apple products are far better then Samsung trusting for 13-14 yr resulted in this. I bought a z flip 5 which is under warranty it ‘s screen slightly came up like a bump non physical damage nothing the service center told me it’s a uth issue will not be cover under warranty and there is no physical presence of damages there in the #zflip5. To get help I reached to support team as if there is no such damages how you rejected, after a month following up with them they came up with some different conclusions that there is dent in hinge but no dent mentioned in job card.
so just to make cash benefit @Samsung is trying to make false allegations and invalid supports
any suggestion for consumer court will be helpful how much time they take to resolve this.

Hi @Ashish Rai
So just continuing from your recent thread here > https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-z-fold-z-flip/can-you-see-a-dent if Samsung have assessed the phone and found there to be accidental damage which is not covered under the Limited Samsung Manufacturer's Warranty, then they will request for a fee to be paid to carry out the repair unless Samsung Care+ has been purchased.
Other options are outside insurance that covers the phone. Such as Home Contents Insurance and or some banks provide cover as a perk of the account.
If you cannot see a dent them re contact Samsung and ask for the dent to be pointed out to you.
If there isn't a dent and they can't point this out via the Samsung Service Centre, then ask Samsung to reassess the phone.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

I can see a what looks like a mark on the hinge a little further up from the s letter of Samsung.
Has Samsung rejected a repair under warranty because of accidental damage ?
They should have provided information / pictures / sticker on the phone indicating where the damage is.
If they have rejected an under warranty repair ,and say an issue you've raised with the phone is due to accidental damage ,then they do typically charge a fee to bring the phone back up to warranty standard ,and or carry out a Repair due to accidental damage.
