Hi can someone please explain why the new z flip6 that comes with Ui6.1.1 has removed the ability to lock albums in the gallery . All was great on 6.1 on zflip5 but after upgrading found that Samsung has removed this feature which is a total deal breaker for me .. I have soo many screenshot and documents that I like to keep locked in an album to refer back to without accidently deleting it or someone prying into them that WHY have samsung done away with the album lock...Pls samsung sort this out and reintroduce the ALBUM LOCK . iv got around it for now by enabling gallery lab but for how long before another update kills it? plus this lab setup is temporary as it's almost beta I'd like to have the full functioning album lock back please

This is possibly a question for Samsung by asking a question under the feedback section in your Samsung Members App.

There is always the secure folder in the interim too.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

@HAFIZMI5: As @BandOfBrothers has pointed out, please press and hold on the relevant album thumbnail in your Gallery > Tap on 'More' in the bottom right corner > Move to Secure Folder, then follow the on-screen prompts. If you would like to learn more, then please take a look at the link below.

I don't like using secure folder as when I'm trying to share documents it won't pop up from the normal gallery

I agree with Hafizmi5. Also: the secure folder is only on the phone and not backed up on the cloud, so I can't access it wherever I want.
