Who supplied the phone to you may I ask ?

You can try Samsung Smartswitch via a Computer.

And or put the phone into Https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ And try for an update then.

Honestly Mar I don't think you're missing out on much from what I've experienced One Ui 6.1.1 caused more issues for me on my ZFold4, I wish I could go back.
