Hello!
Since today, I have a problem with my zflip 4: when I close it, it completely turns off.
I checked on the internet, and it seems to be a common problem among zflip owners.
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? Does it need to be repaired, or do I need to change something in the settings?
Actually I saw a video on Youtube showing that you can fix this problem in the settings, but it doesn't do anything for me (basically you turn off the auto restart at set times)
I also have another problem: the back starts to pull out. I don't know how to clearly explain it, but the glass on the purple part of my phone is pulling out. It's like having a bubble of air between the glass and the purple part if that makes sense. On the back above, it's getting very dirty and it started to go on the small screen, while on the upper part, it's starting to do the same on the corner. I guess I'll need to change those glasses. (I hope it's not too expensive since I already have the problem of the phone shutting down by itself...)
Does anyone know what I can do to solve the first problem at least? I'm thinking about taking it to repair it since I have an insurance, but I saw a lot of people saying that they weren't able to repair the problem because it's expensive and it doesn't work with their phone warranty (that's what I saw people saying on the French community)
