Z Fold4 Inner screen stopped working after update.

I've seen these posts all over reddit and other forums...

I actually just want to see how many users have experienced this as well, since samsung is not owning up to the fact that so many fold 4 inner screens have coincidentally stopped working after some or other software update(which is supposed to make your phone better, not break it)

Please leave a comment or like so that we can actually use this post as evidence...

Hi @CernJay , I take it you have had the Device for some time. Yes there have been issues with the inner screen on some Folds.

Whilst some problems may be software related this is not  think it is more common with the older versions as the new Devices are more robust.

Have you tried much  Troubleshooting,  know of one case  where it was solved by clearing the cache of the system UI. Often device needs repair though.

even facing the same issue with inner screen not working n no sound from speakers ,need to connect to bt headset to listen to somebody's voice or watch videos

I have the same issue, since the software update, my screen won't wake up without a software reset. Once awake it's fine until I close it.

Ano stejný problém,  telefon js3m n3chal přehrát nový software.  Bohužel problém zůstal. Doporučili opravu základní desky cena cca 300Eur. Už jsem ale četl údajně důvody chyb. Příliš velké napětí a tím se poškodil spoj v kloubu. Toto zatím není nikde potvrzeno. Ale jeví se to jako pravděpodobné.
