Z fold 4 System UI crashing and inside screen intermittently working.

As the title says.

I've wiped the partition, restarted.

When I got to use the inside screen it either doesn't work or everything crashes everything.

Think your phone needs to go to a Samsung shop, i.e. EE store which has certified Samsung engineers, or other stores which are certified by Samsung, I'd choose the latter over EE engineers.
Before that try a full factory reset, wipe her clean, only restore contacts and any messages you want/need, restore your apps 1 at a time, just in case it's one of them causing problems.

My experience is the other way around. My fold 4 was fixed under warranty by EE, couldn't even get Samsung to look at it.

Sounds to me as though the cables in the hinge are damaged - probably from the dust brushes. Given it's a 4, it'll be out of warranty. The fix is expensive as it's new hinge, new batteries, and new inner screen. It's a known issue on the 4 that has been solved since and Samsung refused to acknowledge.

Realistically, it's an upgrade or insurance job
