Z fold 4 not connecting to WiFi no cell connection on any SIM

Hello

zfold 4 not connecting to sim nor WiFi, I did a factory reset still nothing 

please I need help

I had a similar problem with a past device not a Z Fold but I called my mobile/cell provider (EE I'm with in the UK) & they then talked me through steps to take and stayed on the phone with me on loud speaker whilst I did everything they said to do. Took a few minutes to do everything, open settings click on this open that do this agree to that then open this n blah blah. As I say took a few minutes ro do but it did sort the problem for me & everything worked fine after that.
So definitely call your provider to ask for help. That's what they're there for afterwards, any problems you ever have make them the qst port of call to ask for help, if they're unable then call Samsung or mssg them to ask. But qst call your mobile/cell provider.

Hello @Jjtyork and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋 

Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to see if your sim card works fine. 

And if possible another sim card in your phone. 

The phone does have a Diagnostic Tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

In your Settings you can also reset your Network. 

Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings > Turn your phone Off and On. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

If the troubleshooting steps do not help and your sim works OK in another phone then a Samsung Service Centre can help > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
