Z FOLD 4 ISSUE AFTER UPDATING

Had the z fold 4 for a year now, no issues what so ever, but now since the recent update I have noticed that when turning the phone to landscape mode (volume and lock button to bottom) I'm now getting a thin black line running from top to bottom of the screen about an inch in from the righthand side, it's most noticeable on lighter screen apps and definitely on the camera view finder, portrait mode fine but rotate to landscape it's back, anyone else had or got this issue, and how did you resolve it.

I totally agree with you. My phone was stuck at logo after midnight updating 7/23/24. I contact the online chat, did not do anything instead of go to shop. I reboot it for about 10 times, now it is working! So pissed! I turned the auto update off!

I got the same response...along with wipe the phone. Shop says they think it is a bad mother board. With the kind of prices they are charging you would think they would do better.  Ive learned my lesson Samsung will never get another dime from me. I once had an LG phone lasted over 5 years. But at least yours is working mine is half functional I have no bluetooth or wifi battery drains quickly...not sure what that has to do with motherboard.

What's going on with fold 4 phones. Both mine and friends phone this week playing up

My wifi doesn't switch on, and went for the repair, they told me the screen needs to be replaced, but there's nothing wrong with the screen, so I click on the reset button, now, I have nothing, can't even see anything but a 5G

this has not helped at all for me I still can't access the wifi or Bluetooth. since the update my phone is now more like a brick

I tried connecting my Z Fold 4 to my computer, but it doesn't show as charging. However, when I connect it to a power source, it does show as charging. The problem is, when I turn it on while it's charging, it gets stuck on the Samsung Galaxy logo. If I remove the charger, the phone turns off immediately.

What could be the issue with my phone? 😞

My fold 4 is stuck on boot loop and everything I've tried isn't working! I've tried hard reset and tried to get it into recovery mode but it just comes up with the Samsung logo! Any ideas?
