Z fold 3 no sound when you unfold the phone

Whats happening with samsung updates ?

1 month ago after the update my camera stability was ***** ,now after i did the latest update i can't watch or listen any video on the big screen as it has no sound...WTF samsung ?

If you doin this updates to ruin the phone and make us update a 1700£ phone to a new one do some ***** big changes dont behave like Iphone.

Do a pen slot on the folds and if not until than fix this ***** issues with your updates...

Last 2 updates have the worst s****iest software updates.

How can use the inner screen without sound you ****s ?

My husband and I have the same issue !  It's just not good enough !  My husband has changed to iPhone another lost customer. I'm hoping that Samsung fix this issue they have caused as seriously so many samsung customers are experiencing the same ussue it certainly isnt a coincidence that we are all experiencing this serious issue. Not only do I have zero sound but my front screen doesn't work at all now it's totally blank !!  I am so angry and wish I'd never updated my phone !!!¡

The same happened to mine few days ago. Was watching a film using  bluetooth earphones and when I turned it off the sound was not working just when half  or completely folded. On this morning I found even the alarm that was working with sound when folded now is not working anymore, just if I live the phone open around 25%, it's ridiculous. I have this Z Fold 3 for more than 2.5 years and never had a problem. I saw some tutorials on YouTube saying to reset the phone to fix the problem, anyone knows if this can work? Thanks
