Z fold 3 no sound on inner screen

Hello all, since the last software update when opening screescreen to full mode the sound dissapears. I have tested speakers in diagnostic mode with phone shut and all good. Once opened no sound. Can anyone shed light on this?

At least Samsung should provide a Rollback to previous Upgrade. This has typically lead to the Phone Unusable.

I have the same issue with my fold 4 after an update. I contacted samsung support via chat and they said there should be some sort of update released to fix the issues. So I am hopeful and stuck using just the outside screen ;(

They have buggered our phones with stupid up grade I have tried everything they suggested nothing worked.

Same here. Updated 4 days ago. Since then lots of issues.
Sometimes no picture on the big screen when I unfold it.
Please fix this.

The January android update has made no difference at all

My fold 3 same issue since last update. Super frustrating. However I found a quick fix yesterday.

• Phone screen off
• Open inner screen
• Phone screen on
• Restart phone and keep inner screen open
• When phone restart successfully, switching from outer to inner screen and rotation should work. Except for the inner screen sound.

Same here. Z fold 3, after the one ui 6.0 upgrade, had a lot of problems. At first the phone wouldn't switch to the inside screen when opened and kept crashing. That eventually resolved but now I have sound issues. No audio when closed or opened. Restarted a few times and ran diagnostics, eventually I get audio when phone is closed but still no audio when phone is open. Please fox this asap Samsung.

Same here on my Z Fold 3.

The problems (Speaker off on inside screen, outside-inside screen switch not smooth, etc) seems happened after the UI 6.0 update on Jan '24.

Everything were OK before the updates.

Android 14, UI 6.0 made everything worse.

Now, the speaker malfunction is not only happened on inside screen, but also on the outside screen.

Surprisingly, the Outside-Inside screen switch problem was solved by itself...

I wonder if Samsung's person see or take this community voices as their concern.....
