Z Fold 3 major lag and stutter, Android 12

Since updating my phone to Android 12 I have had severe functionality loss. As I type this the delay in key pressing to the letters coming out is nearly half a second and sometimes gets as bad as freezing the app I am typing in. The phone will also go through stuttering spells and freeze for quick moments. When running apps such as Pokémon Go which normally wouldn't run hot on Android 11 now bake the phone.

It's a UK version with EE, any advice would be appreciated as its nearly impossible to do some basic things like take notes or play games.

Did u use good guardian app for a galaxy boost I alway do this after a update

This happens to me constantly all day long. I'm about to sell this phone as 70% of the time I can't use this phone for basic tasks.

I did experience a hiccup with the Samsung Keyboard when I updated to Android 12.

Initially I turned Off Predictive text which helped.

However I ended up resetting the keyboard back to default. 

I also used SwiftKey and gboard keyboards too.

Generally if a phone is misbehaving after an update then these generic troubleshooting guides may help.

• Https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode. 
• Https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues. 
• A very last resort is back up and factory reset then reset the phone back up not using your back up just incase it's something on the back up that's corrupted.

I did but sadly the typing lag is still quite noticeable. It's not constant but it isn't better
