Pretty close to the estimated 2 days 16 Hours of Battery life, what do you think Good or could be optimised more?

As long as my Samsung Fold³ gives me a full day's usage I'm happy @Knightshift76  😊 

Apart from moving a few apps to sleep and deep sleep and a few other tweaks like dark mode I'm not in favour of turning off features and functions that makes the phone what it is.

I charged my new fold last night at 11pm time is now 12.noon and the battery level shows 45 percent.
I know I will have to re charge it maybe tea time tonight.
Is this normal

A new phone will typically take 10 to 14 days to go through the learning phase,  and a new battery would take a few charge and discharge cycles to rech optimum output.

When you've used the phone look in your device care section under battery to see what's using the battery and tap on Optimise too as this will help to determine if there is any excessively use of an app that's draining the battery.
