Z Flip5 Cover Screen Issues

Hi all,

I recently had my interior screen repaired after it got damaged and now the cover screen functionality is gone - but the screen itself is working; whenever I turn the phone on the Samsung logo appears on it.

Any thoughts?

Sometimes a simple reboot can help with malfunctions. Hold both volume down and power button until the device turns off. If this doesn't work you can do some diagnostics tests under support within the members app. See if any faults show up for front cover. All I can say is if it continues I would contact Samsung again.
