I just received the latest update for my Galaxy Z Flip, following an earlier update that caused my home screen to become completely unresponsive. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and my screen remains black. To make matters worse, my cover screen is gone too, rendering my phone completely useless. At this point, I’m starting to deeply regret choosing this phone.

We sent my daughter's phone in to be repaired because Samsung's update ruined her phone within 2 months! They are trying to charge her $345 to repair it. Samsung needs to be SUED! THEY PUT OUT AN UPDATE THAT RUINS PEOPLE'S PHONES!!!!!

As for contacting them..m We already have. How else would we have been told she has to pay $345 to repair it? They are ***** scammers! Samsung has a 1 year warranty. She's had her phone for 2 months exactly before the update ruined it. We will be contacting a lawyer. She isn't the 1st person that they did this to.
