Z flip 5 not getting updates, help

My Samsung Z flip 5 isn't getting updates, still on 5.1.1 security patch August 23, my partners has updated to 6.1, purchased at the same time, can anyone help?

Where did you purchase the phone?
Did you buy it new?
You can try using smartswitch and connect to a computer to see if there are any updates available

Purchased 2 z flip 5s from fonehouse on Vodafone contracts, my partners received the updates, fonehouse state that all of their phones are new and it looked new when I took it out of the box, I've tried smartswitch with no luck, doesn't show any update options

I'm not sure fonehouse are an authorised Samsung reseller. You may of purchased non uk stock. Go back to fonehouse and ask them to verify.

Csc shows EUY / EUX / HUI could this be the cause? As partners csc is EUX / EUX / EUX, researching the csc codes HUI is Italy
