Z Fold 4 - Camera cut out animation

Hi when opening my fold I now (back from repair) get a spinning white circle around the camera cut out, isbthat normal never ever noticed it on my fold3 or fold4.

Could it be an edge lighting thing?

Thanks checked but edge lighting is off, also checked face recognition options but nothing
