@Vincenth06 if your within any relevant cooling off period then consider asking fkr the phone to be swapped out. Approach who sold / provided the phone if it wasn't Samsung directly.

my phone also same issue. it started having right after christmas, but my phone is 15 months old, just out of the 1 yr waranty, its a shame to see such expensive phones from Samsung last only 1 yr.
