Z flip 3 free 12 months how to activate and how to send back trade inn

Rite I phoned samsung all they said is we will pass on your details and they will email me ?

Can anyone tell me please how do I activate my 12 months samsung care, its not in the membership app apart from a link which takes me to insurance then says my imei number does not support insurance ? Also in the box I got a returns note for the flip and a picking note for the flip also with a returns label again for the flip. Notimg to do with trading in my old device, if I send my device back using this slip I recon they will loose the phone. I was also told I need to send back my old charger meaning I won't have a charger, is there anyone in the same boat as me please is there a solution thanks

On the subject of trade in, I was sent separately in the post label and details. You will also be given a date by which it must be returned.

Have you looked in the benefits section of your Samsung Members App.

I have just signed up to free samsung care.

I opened an incognito tab in chrome and it went through no problems.

Also it won't let you screen shot the confirmation so used my tablet to take a picture.

Hi yea iv tried and all ot says that my device is not compatible with Samsung care ? Its weird and says I got 6 months to register, but it was on checkout with my device but can't see anything about the 1 free year with the pre order.

I just opened the Members app and my Care+ was immediately activated there .. lucky me .. :)))
