Z Flip 3 Echo on Calls

My wife owns a Z Flip 3 and when I call her, I get an annoying echo of my voice on my phone. She has told me that other people who have called her have the same issue. Has anyone had a similar experience and is there a fix for it?

Both my wife's and my Z flip 3 does the same.

We have complained to Sky many time but nothing stopped it

My wife got hers through Sky too. Bad batch maybe? I'm just surprised no one on this forum has been able to give a solution as yet.

I had the exact same issue on my Fold 3. I contacted Samsung and they sorted it for me. 

Settings > General Management > Reset Mobile Network Settings > Reset Settings > Enter your PIN > Reset

This looked to do nothing, but after a minute or so, I tested it and problem solved.

Sounds positive! I'll give that a go. Thanks for the tip! Although it may be going soon, the screen has started to fail in certain areas with black half circles at the edge which gets bigger if you touch them. This phone has been a bit of a bad experience to be honest.
