Hi everyone,
I got a software update last night for my z flip 6. Since then, my phone's speaker has been producing a blasting/distorted sound whenever I play music, make calls, or use any app with audio. However, when I use earbuds, the sound is completely fine.
I have already tried:
✔ Restarting the phone multiple times
✔ Checking all audio settings (Dolby Atmos, Equalizer, etc.)
✔ Booting into Safe Mode (issue still persists)
✔ Cleaning the speaker grille
✔ Clear Cache Partition
✔ Checking for another software update
The problem only started after the recent update, so I suspect it could be a software bug affecting the speaker. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any fixes, or the only way to solve it is to send for a fix

Hello 👋 @PIGGYTHEPIGGY
Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
And there is a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.
And you can send feedback to Samsung via your Samsung Members App to ask for help.
If nothing helps including a factory reset then yes let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
