Z fip 4 not sending notifications on mobile data

Yesterday I updated to oneui 6.1 and I haven't been getting notifications from apps on mobile data and getting them only on wifi. I tried everything like restart my phone, turn off data saver, allow apps to run data in the background, turn on airplane mode then off, delete network settings , disable any protect battery settings and nothing is working. 

Can someone tell me what to do to fix this?

I'm sure you have already but do check your notification settings in the phone. 

Are you getting absolutely no notifications or some notifications, or late notifications. 

You could as a troubleshooting step try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. { Repair Apps may not be availableto the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Series of phone's. }
