Wifi and Bluetooth not working

My Bluetooth and WiFi still isnt turning on since the pervious update.

I have done everything:

• Rest network
• Reset wifi and Bluetooth
• Cleared cache
• Factory Rest

I thought it would come back on after factory reset but still nothing it's now been over a month since wifi and Bluetooth not turning on. I thought the new update that was received today would sort it out but it did not.

Not sure what to do now as I've done everything.

After Reset you should not recover the settings incase they were corrupted.

I am having the same problem.  Service provider tried selling me a new phone. Samsung went through all of those same things...and finally told me I could pay to have it fixed (possibly) at an approved repair place.  It is frustrating because all was fine before the update.  Now the wifi added Bluetooth won't turn on or connect.
