When is a dual superfast charger only fast

So held out getting one but it's neater and wireless, but I till only charge fast, not super fast.

I'm using the supplied and then my other suoerfast charger, only the mobile and still only fast.

Am I missing something or is this faulty or pure mis selling.

I guess it's still super fast charging for a wireless charger at max 15w. It's not faulty.

Hmm, I am old school, it should be clear, simple and unambiguous advertising, like the old Ronseal advertising "it does what it says on the tin".

Technically after reading up, it is mainly bad reviews that highlight the false claim not the Samsung specification.

If it wasn't a duo and a WATCH charger then fine, oddly I just realised after some searching I already had an unused single SUPERFAST wireless pad (I think it came with my ZFOLD4 or the ZFLIP4), unpacked plugged into the SUPERCHARGER plug, the same result, only FAST charging for my mobile and earbuds not compatible with my Watch5 (could it be anymore of a disaster), err YES.

So now I am truly baffled at Samsung false advertising, at a guess I am thinking some Samsung genius decided to label both pads SUPERFAST CHARGING, for the bundled plug NOT the wireless pads 🤔 🙄, absolutely bonkers.

I think a letter to the Advertising Standards Agency is in order.

Iv'e got the same on as you, but only use it now and then..it should tell you it's superfast charging for a few seconds then it shows fast charging like it does on most other chargers and device. Samsung had changed how it shows a while ago even though it's enabled in the settings as superfast, fast charging ect.

Agree but disagree as the box says SUPERFAST,no disclaimer, it even says MAX 15W supercharging.
