When can I expect my replacement? Urgent

Hiya,

I've sent in my flip 5 for a replacement due to it being defective. Samsung have received and acknowledged delivery. 

How long do I have to wait for the replacement? 

I've had a word with Samsung regarding the urgency of my replacement as I am without a phone and do not have the means to buy a second phone for the time being, neither can I ask a friend or family member to loan me their old phone. 

Desperately need the replacement as it hinders my work and personal life. I am currently using my SIM on a 4G tablet however it's very inconvenient. I've got a work trip abroad soon, so having it before than would be a life saver. 

Anyway of escalating this due to urgency?

Would suggest you keep calling Samsung (painful as it may be) and keep going at them explaining your issues.

Failing that, if you paid by CREDIT CARD then maybe think about a Section 75 Claim?

When my s21 screen went faulty I sent it in. Within 5 days a full refund was in my account. I was told it wasn't repairable so it all depends on whether it's going to be a repair replace or refund.

Same problem, my flip 5 died after 6 weeks and couldn't be repaired. They have said there is an issue with the warehouse and don't know how long it will take to get a replacement 🙄. I have to choose wait for a replacement for an unknown amount of time, or wait up to 10 working days for a refund!

Ouch. Imagine paying so much for a device for it to fail within 2 months. I feel for you, buddy. I've received the same communication regarding issues with their warehouse. Are you going to exercise your right to a refund or wait for a new replacement? I haven't been offered a refund, only a replacement. How would I go about asking for a refund? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems strange they haven't offered a refund, I didn't have to ask. Bought mine direct from Samsung though. Been dealing with the Alternative Resolution Team.

Going to wait for a replacement. These things happen, no point getting stressed over it, will carry on using the wife's old iPhone 8 🤮 as a backup
