Hiya,
I've sent in my flip 5 for a replacement due to it being defective. Samsung have received and acknowledged delivery.
How long do I have to wait for the replacement?
I've had a word with Samsung regarding the urgency of my replacement as I am without a phone and do not have the means to buy a second phone for the time being, neither can I ask a friend or family member to loan me their old phone.
Desperately need the replacement as it hinders my work and personal life. I am currently using my SIM on a 4G tablet however it's very inconvenient. I've got a work trip abroad soon, so having it before than would be a life saver.
Anyway of escalating this due to urgency?
