Try wiping your device's cache partition and then try updating again.

Is there enough internal storage fkr the update to complete @emmy77 ?
If your using mobile data then try on Wi-Fi or visa versa.
You could also try Samsung Smartswitch.
If necessary a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre will be able to help.
