After system update my fold inner screen turns black and if i fold back the phone hangs about 15 sec and back to normal and the inner screen is still unaccessible.

Agree, but had this issue with my Fold3 and 4, had to go back for repair.
Definitely back up while you can.

It seems samsung is repeating it's planned obsolescence it got sued over. The fold and flip 6 came out, was horribly Inferior to previous models so they pushed updates to break any fold older than the 5. This way when people call for support they can push the fold/flip 6 it's easily verifiable. Just flash an older OS(before the update) to the fold and hey look everything started working fine again.
So yeah they did it deliberate and they will once again get away with it
