Hi there,
My girlfriend her flip 4 says that her unlock pattern is incorrect after a restart.
She uses her phone constantly and never changed her pattern.
But after a restart a phew day's ago the phone says that the pattern is wrong .
She kept trying and now she has to wait 48 hours to try again 😅.
Could it be because of the recent update to android 14?
Or could it be that the startup pattern is different from the normal unlock pattern?
And is there a solution to this problem because samsung does not longer give you the option to remote unlock your phone.

Have a look at this official Samsung Link > What-can-you-do-if-you-forgot-the-pin-pattern-or-password-of-your-galaxy-device.
Due to the security protocols that protect the phone I'm not convinced that Samsung will be able to help remotely.
A Samsung Experience Store might if you can provide proof of purchase.
