Had this issue for months. Some texts send, but some, (especially ones to Tesco competitions!) don't send at all. Tried the reset but that doesn't work either. Would be interested if anyone gets a result! Thanks!

I contacted Tesco customer services and they said the number I was texting was a short code (Tesco competitions, starts 611 or something) That counts as premium rate (even though it's 15-25p) and isn't covered by my contract. So it gets automatically blocked, unless I have money in my safety buffer. Stupid thing is I have money in my safety buffer!🤷🏼♀️ My old phone used to give me a warning that I was using the buffer but it doesn't seem an option on the Samsung. I'm going to switch to another provider, Tesco is overpriced anyway!

Know its an old thread, I just had this problem too, needed to reply to a company's text, tesco error 0 came up and wouldnt send. Tried restarting phone, settings etc. Nothing worked. I then added the sender as a contact and it let me send message
