System Update 39 Broke Some Functions

Hi all,

I have an issue with my Z fold 3 on Verizon after system update 39 installed overnight.  I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this? 

First, my screen rotation ceased functioning. Yes, it is turned on.

Second, the seamless transition between open/closed screens no longer works.

I have the exact same issue after the last update. I'm still waiting for a new update that fixes this issue.

Is there any workaround?
