System Configuration Update ???

I received a notification on my phone this morning saying " System Configuration Update " - tap here to install

I've never ever seen this before and would appreciate if anyone can confirm if this is a genuine Samsung / Android update ?

I just got this exact message too. I'm in the UK using a Note10 Plus on both the Vodafone and Three networks (I sim swap a lot).

Never had this message before so wasn't sure it was genuine but looks like it is.

Why would settings not be up to date?????? Esp as Google pushes annoying updates that do nothing but take up more and more space. They have all this data anyway. Utterly stupid.
