Hi, can anyone help ??...I'm struggling to get my cards activated 😫...this happens everytime I get a new phone...I know I must be doing something wrong but I'm following all of the links so not sure what I'm not doing right 🤔
Call your bank. Usually when you get a new phone, your bank will assume it's someone who isn't you. You usually need to tell them that it is indeed you. You can also try to unlink your cards from your old phone if you can
I've tried all of that...thanks for reply...I remember messaging curve before and they prompted what I needed to do, but not seeing that option to online chat xx
