Have you tried connecting to Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and checking for an update?

Assuming that you have manually checked for an update...
Settings > Software update > Download and install
Then you could try turning your wi-fi and device off and removing the SIM card/s and rebooting. Leave for a minute or two and turn off again and re-insert your SIM card/s and reboot and turn wi-fi back on. Now manually check again for an update.

Without access to a PC and Samsung's Smart Suite, it means a trip to your nearest Samsung Service Centre. Just as a matter of interest, what is your current, full, "Service provider software version" ?
Settings > About phone > Software information > Service provider software version
