Hi there this morning I put my phone on charge only to notice it wasn't charging so I turned of the charger via the wall outlet unplugged it from the phone and wall outlet plugged it back in turned it on and it was charging .... Very strange .... Software bug or hardware fault ?

Check you have no lint or anything stuck in the charging port
Could be the cable is starting to go faulty
Or just could be a software glitch

@WBENSTOCK possibly just a tech glitch which can happen from time to time.
