Understand your frustration, however (almost) all users on here are Samsung device owners and come on here out of free will, same as you have.
Samsung won't be reading all of these posts and then taking action. You need to contact the company you bought the phone from, either Samsung directly or your network.
I myself am one of the first to say that Samsung has completely lost sight of quality control. My S21 Ultra is the worst device I've had in years. As a handheld it is great, but if I want to use it to make calls, send texts and perhaps most importantly use mobile data, then this isn't the phone for anyone not living in a big town or city with strong 5g. So I get your frustrations.
Good luck but I'm afraid Samsung is not renowned as a company that listens...... To anyone.
