Speakerphone not working fold 3

Speakerphone not working when my fold 3 is shut (they can't hear me. turn off speakerphone and they can hear me) I've not tried it with my fold open.

Any obvious reasons someone can suggest?

Did it work for you..any luck? I'm having same issues. My speaker phone does not work when on call.

Nopes. Gave back the phone to the dealer and they re-installed the software. But the issue is same.It works on and off...Sometimes on some numbers it bugs and others it works..  I cleared the Cache in Phone Apps...tried the Speaker test which works actually...but issue remains. Anyone who gets the solution  before Samsung sends a Software Update, please shout.

I am having the same problem and I have returned my phone twice. This phone is too expensive to be having this problem.

I am having the same issue, the speaker phone whilst my phone is closed works for a few minutes then cuts off and people start asking im there.

Only way to get the phone to not mute itself is to use bluetooth headsets.
