Sounds and Audio not working after software update.

Kindly assist. I updated my ZFold 4 this morning and since lost all audio. I cant listen to music, videos and cant even make calls. I tried my phone speaker as well as my earbuds. Nothing is working

Assuming you have the Samsung Members app installed, if so try the diagnostic tests.

Hmm... maybe try a factory reset, if not call Samsung Technical Support.

Got the same problems after a software update on 10th September. Got remote support, they tried everything and told me to go to a customer service centre and their final advice was a factory reset. I performed a factory reset and it still does not work. What do I do?

I performed a Factory reset as well and it failed.
I drained the battery completely. Charged fully before tunning the phone back on and it worked

Bought it directly from Samsung store online.
Remote Samsung store advised I contact Samsung twitter of facebook which i did. The social media guys advise I book a pick up repair and my phone was meant to be picked up tomorrow. I trying to cancel the repair pickup order
