I am facing a serious issue with my fold Z3 since latest v14 Android update.
I have:
- no sound from speaker, no sound from the microphone
- video are frozen (facebook, tiktok) and without sound (youtube has some glitches and a green splash screen when launching video)
- Bluetooth devices cannot be connected like headsets, camera ...
- weird also is that dolby atmos is not availble anymore
After 13 safe/maintenace reboot, hard reboots. It seems that the 14th try worked 2 weeks ago but I am experimenting same issue again but I am looking for the root cause and especially the fix

Thank you for your message. When a reboot doesn't work we recommend to visit one of our Service centers. See the link below for locations and to make an appointment. They can check your phone and reinstall the software when needed. Let me know if it works.
