Screen protector

Had the z flip 6 for less than 3 months. My large screen protector started bubbling last month and came off today (4th December 2024). 

I've read online that U.S gets 1 free protector replacement in the first 12 months of ownership but seen NOTHING about us in the UK. 

Does anyone know if it's the same in the UK or if we are shafted customer service wise by companies yet again?

I believe it's the same for the UK also. From what EE told me they replace the screen protector under warranty also. Contact them to make sure, but I'm 100% sure they do.

Hi there, @nuclearphosphate. I can confirm that we do infact offer an unlimited amount of free screen protector replacements, as long as your device is within it's warranty period. You can arrange for a screen protector replacement on the link below:

Thanks so much for this. I've got it booked in on Wednesday morning at EE (Samsungs repair place in Glasgow) i would like to THINK it'll be done there and then given it's a "simple" screen protector replacement and i won't need one of their "loan phones"
