Due to hybrid remote working, i swap between devices often, at two non office locations i use Samsung M7 USB C monitors with conventional Windows laptops or occasionally just my ZFOLD4, for 75% of work it can deliver what i need.
In the endles ssearch for the ulitimate travel light, one device hydrid work and personal PC solution, i dug out my old Samsung Trio500 keybaord (another Samsung idea given up on) and wow for that portable PC expereince it rocks, the 3 APP shortcuts just makeiteven more seamless.
So to the clanger, i used to be able to use my ZFOLD3 iam certain in a standalone DeX mode with the keyboard, as in no external monitor but the setup as pictured, but now it insists DeX uses an external monitor ???
Why Samsung do you keep having great ideas for thesake of ideas alone.
I would love to visit and see your fabled C Labs and to see some simple KPI with regards to number of ideas created vs numbers of ideas still going, vs longeviity of each idea.
I think this is a problem and why Samsung never reaches that Apple level of owner loyalty. That said Apple is now boring and lacks hardware innovation, well except the new headset, oh hang on you mean sort of headset Samsung released cheap, lightweight soutions and thenyou guessed it GAVEUP.
